Clients reviews about Al Jumhoor Building Maintenance

Very happy with JBM. They came through when my annual building maintenance contract team did not come through. I required a new water heater. A quote was issued the same day and they gave me a better quote and water heater too. The team installed the water heater the next day. Unfortunately, building maintenance came the next day as the water heater did not work. They caused water leakages in their move of the water heater. The team came back to correct the leaks. And they explained to me the building maintenance diagnosis for the replacement was not necessary. They also guided me to address the inverted hot and cold water mix up the building maintenance did. They also quoted me a valve leake solution within 1 hr and came out on emergency on Friday at 8 pm. I am very pleased with JBM, I can count on Hilal to give me outstanding service and the team to follow through and be technical. I definitely recommend them! ~ Mary A
